Casa Verde Loft
Project Description
Located in vibrant Lisbon, Portugal, Casa Verde is a contemporary loft measuring 70’ x 35’, designed with a seamless blend of bold creativity and functional elegance. The ground floor boasts a drive-in garage with a striking crash wall—a showpiece that frames a vintage Porsche 911—alongside an open kitchen and dining area and a lush enclosed green space.
The mezzanine level elevates the experience with two open-concept bedrooms, a stylish catwalk, a cozy lounge balcony, and a serene green library space. Thoughtfully curated, the loft celebrates fluidity between spaces, connecting the industrial aesthetic with Lisbon’s natural beauty.
Design Concept
Casa Verde tells a story of transformation and renewal. Inspired by the collision that once defined the space, the crash wall now stands as an artistic centerpiece, with the Porsche symbolizing the fusion of history and modernity. Earthy tones and vintage-meets-modern furnishings echo Lisbon’s landscapes and heritage, creating an inviting atmosphere that bridges the past with the present.
From the soaring library wall that ties the ground to the mezzanine to the enchanting interplay of light at sunset, Casa Verde is more than a home—it’s an immersive narrative. It invites warm gatherings, spirited dinners, and moments of quiet reflection, embodying Lisbon’s enduring spirit and charm.
At Casa Verde, every detail tells a tale of reinvention, celebrating the artistry of design and the joy of living.
