700 Palms
Project Description
The 700 Palms project was an introduction to SketchUp and AutoCAD, where I learned the fundamentals of 3D modeling and rendering. For the final assignment, I recreated an existing building on 700 Palms in Los Angeles using its original floor plans as a guide.
The process involved translating 2D plans into a fully realized 3D model, complete with detailed furnishings and finishes that captured the essence of the space. High-quality renderings were produced to showcase the design and demonstrate the functionality and aesthetic of the recreated structure.
This project honed my skills in 3D visualization, attention to detail, and the ability to bring architectural plans to life in a digital format.
